Rattan Maker (also recognize as Rattan & Bamboo Handicraft Gallery TCL) is a online funiture/home decor retailer in City Center of Malacca. Our story begins in 1954 as home deco and handicraft products, and currently expanding up to home furniture and interior design projects. We uphold our principle and mission to offer our customers brand name furniture and products at the the most reasonable price with the best durability.
As a professional maker, our passion always focus on comfort, the best Malaysia local material and the great and proud local workmanship. We have been around long enough to call ourselves oldest rattan furniture maker in Malaysia. We provide custom made service with quality materials, now Rattan Maker also involves commercial and ID projects.

Do you provide International delivery?
Yes. For international delivery, please contact us before place any order. We will check the shipping rate with our logistic.
Warranty
As our products are natural materials and handmade, hence it might subject to slight flaws or imperfections, Rattan Maker does not provide warranties of any kind on any of its products unless it is specified. Pls read our care guide to ensure your purchase remain in it's best condition.
Pre-order / Customize Product
For any order placed with "Pre-Order", the production time may take 4 weeks to 6 weeks (depending on season). We will contact you on the next working day to confirm the every purchased and also attach the goods finish and delivery time.
For customize order, you can send us your drawing or image by email or WhatsApp us. We will respond to you within 24 hours. The price and production time are according to the design, materials, and quantity. As for customize product, we are unable to offer a refund on your purchase if you change of mind after confirmation. Pls ensure that you ask any questions you may have to seek further clarification before purchasing from our store.
Pricing
Rattan Maker reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice at our discretion. All prices are listed in Malaysia Ringgit. Any applicable delivery charges may be applied. By placing a order, you agree to pay the stated price (plus any applicable shipping and handling charges) in Malaysia Ringgit for all orders. You agree to pay any additional charges or taxes incurred (including custom duties).
Repair/Rehabilitation Service
We offering repair and rehabilitation service for your furnitures. Send us the photo of your furniture, together with the details on what you wish to do for your furniture by email or whatsapp us. We will respond to you within 24 hours. We will quote reparation price according to your furniture's condition and service to be carried out.
Colour Option
If you do have a specific color you would like to match, pls email or contact us as we would be happy to assist you, where possible. Extra cost may apply.
Repair, Refunds and Replacements
If there is a minor problem with your goods purchased, we may repair the goods instead of offering you a replacement or a refund. If there is a major problem with goods, a refund or a replacement may be available. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. We require you to notify us of any damaged goods within 3 days start from the date you received the goods by emailing or contact us.
